Bonuses?

Has anyone received any information about bonus payments outside of the public date? Management in my department are remaining very quiet about end of year appraisals and when we will find out respective bonus values?

OMG, after reading all this trash comments in retrospective.... being march 26th I got a big fat bonus of 5 digits and not starting with 1 or 2 and I am just a nobody........ feel sad for those ppl that are trash workers and blame the company, that will just happen to you anywhere else.

Anyone have any update? Apparently we are paid bonuses on the 13th but no one in our office has had any discussion with manager about reviews or amount, they keep dodging the question...

Good luck getting anything - last year was crumbs. they're going to get rid of a bunch of people to avoid the bonuses.

Not sure if this is helpful - but found this online – I believe bonuses are AFTER the below timelines.

• 3/2-3/13/2020: Managers and Employees to have end of year performance conversation and sign evaluation/ appraisal documentation
• 3/13/2020: Performance Management 2019 is closed out!

That's because you won't get a bonus. This new merit-based plan is only meant to put a further obstacle between you and any bonus money you'd normally receive. They will just point at whatever you didn't excel at and say "ah, you have room for improvement. Next year." It's a calculated, PR-friendly way of reducing excess spending in frivolous bonus payouts. Meanwhile dangling the carrot over your head which is never intended to fall in the first place.
