Thread regarding State Street Corp. layoffs

bonus pool 50% from two years ago

Left Eaton Vance to work at SSGA. what a joke, first year they prorated the bonus, second year and 4 managers later it was halved. if you have a job offer from them, do not accept it!

Bonus will be paid in a separate check in mid-March. If you're paid bi-weekly the bonus will be paid during a non-paycheck week.

If an employee is told he'll be given bonus, where can he look for the paycheck to verify/confirm it?

I am now doing 3 jobs of those laid off. I didn’t even get a decent raise. I thought this would be the year because of my added load. In Kansas City. Not a good start to my career here. I better start looking.

State Street has and is going down hill. Bonuses are a joke.

Unfortunately 5 years at this place, no raises and no bonuses. SSC is sh–. Executives are thieves, white collar criminals. Where is the outrage? Lock these f—ers up.

Heck I remember my coworkers and I going 3 years no raises and no bonuses.
We were more concerned with the dreaded yearly layoffs, then the layoffs ever 6 months

I survived 10 years until I got the dreaded pink slink

Stop complaining! Be happy you have a job!

What else can executive management do in order to earn their huge salaries and fat cat bonuses?

The only annual cost of living increases I have had since 2009 have been exactly offset (to the penny) by reduction in my bonus from the year before. Do they think I can’t do math?

In addition to the shrinking bonus pool, most employees did not receive a cost of living raise for a second straight year. Bonus cut, no raise, but expected to assume increasing work loads.
