Everyone is proud to be part of a company blah blah. I threw up in mouth a bit when i saw the folks from Kelly. Peter Quigley - Hes a good guy, well liked, but not a mover and shaker. Tammy Browning - Only in her job because of her pal Deb Thorpe, she doesn't own a high school diploma and most of the OCG and Global sales wish she'd stay out of their way, also know for almost single handedly destroying Yoh. Jim Bradley - Like Peter, a real good guy, but no one knows what the hell he does around there. Then there is Nicola Soares - probably the only one who should be up there. Created an insane brand and she making a sh– load of money.

No - Tammy Browning does not have a diploma - but she’s a par above Nicola Soares. Soares was a teacher who moved into a leadership role due to connections. The business world is not a schoolroom. Thorpe was an icon who did good work for a lot of years and then retired. Will need to watch how Things play out with Kelly’s stretch from the past focus on life sciences. Their technology is poor across the board and I don’t see any CIOs clamoring to work gig work vs. getting paid for a permanent role. Hopefully they have a good team in place ... but if they are counting on Dow ... Dow is a hurting kitten right now. Bruised reputation because they failed to innovate fast enough. Kelly breakup on the horizon???
Very unethical company. Kelly is the whipping boy of Dow with DuPont holding a big share of their stock. The company does the cleanup of chemical and toxic waste using Kelly contractors. (Reducing risk.) Workers beware. Look at how Dow handled the Midland Michigan lawsuit and you’ll have and idea of what really makes Kelly green.
A copycat organization that will not move forward due to lack of leadership and change management support. They stole the “What’s next” slogan from Nike - lol! Super clique with old guard doing a land grab and hazing new hires. Kelly had to make another 10% cut in December. Ouch! Previously they cut off some 35+ year tenured leadership with a bogus package as is rumored in the staffing industry. Leadership boasts supporting strong women and diversity but accidentally omitted including LGBTQ group from that training as a topic. Run, do not walk away from this organization. Presently looking - I can’t wait to find a new gig so I can leave!
Kelly offers the highest salary and bonus in the industry. I’ll drink the green beer. Good luck with you lay-off, man.
