While KK still force people to work from the office instead of doing what all the comon sense companies in the region do due to the virus, the "gods" in a certain area on the 2nd floor in Arena have left the premises for some time now. They are more valuable - a god's life in Kasperland.

Nobody dares to be honest in the Kasperland. Fear of retaliation is too high at all levels. Rumour says it they are looking into the options to cut the yearly bonus for stock buyback and stock retirement to artificially increase the stock price.
There are some suspects of Coronavirus in the head quarters that were asked to stay at home, however the company chose to keep quiet about it. External partners keep away from adidas, but adidas decided to ask people to come to work. While other companies chose to protect their employees and asked them to work from home, adidas is yet again the exception.
Bad publicity, mass layoffs hits the stocks, ain't it.

Hope everybody will be brutally honest this time at the NPS survey.

Another month, another round of "anonymous" people survey at adidas. Another month showing the total lack of leadership and autocratic, narcissistic boss style at the very top. No wonder people feel alienated, there is zero commitment and loyalty. The hight turnover figures that are reflected in the "very high numer of applicants" that they keep pushing around is just a red flag.
Wondering what the new NPS will say...
