McCormick is so big it has a little competition they don’t need to expand. Plus they are highly professional run company is extremely efficient in reducing waste and costs but they will have to build a new dry space factory eventually when I left in 2013. They had been building and designing the last production line that was going to be able to fit in that factory. If you do get into McCormick no matter what your job is as soon as you can switch jobs get one at the HVP, if for no other reason each VP only does dry spaces so you can only get so dirty at the flavor plant they make fake butter topping and other similar things my friend said they couldn’t get it out of their car at all imagine having a car that smells like rotting fake butter mix;(~>€
