Ask employees what they really think is happening? The new leadership doesn’t know how to run an enterprise that is clear. Needs CEO lessons on people and our market. The head of HR is trying save her job and no on one is stopping this craziness we are living through. The level of dysfunction that has been created in such a short time boggles the mind. People don’t matter, just how much we give.
Goeckeler is floundering and it’s clear once you listened to earnings call he doesn’t know how to deal with hard questions and it was awkward to listen to him. He was lucky to have his CFO there answering market questions.
Tone on interview with latest earnings was as bad as previous quarter. Someone train this guy to communicate. So depressing.
The new CEO era will be cowardice (too scared to even make an external message unless it's spoonfed to him) & RIF. Buckle up if you didn't get out already
Looks like Goeckeler are planning to bring a Cisco tradition of layoffs. What a cluster since he arrived
No dividend? Earnings call was ok no confidence mumbled thru; Why weren’t questions answred direct? Lots of tap dancing
no dividend? significant downgrades. is there a problem with CapEx? why would anyone buy the stock now?
my favorite line ''I'm not yet an expert on hard drive areal density, but I've come up to speed on it relatively quickly." which one is it? not a confidence booster.
Low confidence don’t think he knows the company or trying and what workers need; Covid isn’t to blame for low morale
nice to see we're coming clean on sliding SMR into consumer drives: https://blog.westerndigital.com/wd-red-nas-drives/
i thought his tone on Mad Money was quite bad
You can see what they say on /cisco-systems board
