Internet stipend benefit is removed....
Management cracking down hard on productivity metrics
Merger in Feb 2020 with Kronos- Adam Rogers and Julie Dodd unexpectedly peace out.
Kronos Leadership takes over and it looks like the plan is to eventually move to Kronos time products, eventually, making a big chunk of support redundant.
Merger expected to complete in by end of March.
Layoffs seem imminent. Buckle up. It's going to be a bumpy ride this year.

UKG will continue to lay off.

That's your Private Equity business play right there, buy companies, load them with debt, milk revenue, lay off people, get your money back plus crazy profit. Bail. Companies destroyed.

MAJOR MANAGEMENT CHANGES COMING.... This is confirmed.... I would recommend everyone start looking to prepare...This place DOES NOT CARE about you. If you think they do you will be left without nothing. And btw PTO at this place is NOT unlimited. It requires Management Approval! All of the Awards are BS. It's a PR stunt and now with Kronos say goodbye to the way it was...

Did anyone watch Aron's video this week? Seems to suggest changes are coming.

Would expect reduction in redundant roles (HR, Accounting, Legal, Strategy) then massive changes to realign for efficiencies across products (select the best, most profitable; migrate the necessary clients; shut down operations and development on the dead products); realign sales -
And yes, Kronos time products replace Ulti's IMO.
