Working conditions at health are terrible. Not enough people to do the work.

  1. 3 million record layoffs today from the coronavirus. Just wait and see what happens to DST and ALPS. No way these sh–ty companies survive.

And no jobs out there....good luck, you’re gonna need it.

Why are they keeping the health solutions division open ? Not near enough people to do the work or support the clients.

I work in support at SS&C Health. I get blessed out by clients on a regular basis. All of us in support hear it from the clients all day. It is getting worse everyday. They need to just go ahead and shut it down.

Health Solutions is awful. SS&C cares nothing about the Health Solutions employees.

Its going awful. Mad clients, upset managers due to client escalations. Not enough people to do the work.

They should just go ahead and shut down health solutions. There are not enough of us left to support the clients that are left. Some managers are trying to keep us working but we do not have the knowledge to keep it going. They laid off the highly skilled people.

The job at DST Health is not going well. We no longer have our problem resolution go to people with the knowledge here to advise us how to support the clients. The last layoff was based on compensation. The higher paid knowledgeable people were laid off leaving the lesser knowledge people to support the clients. We do not know what to do. We get no direction how to keep the clients going. Its not going well.

Still lots of management positioning for power and trying to bully. Even during this difficult time the health solutions management in Birmingham Alabama continues to struggle to bully the few employees left.

Right now, it's awesome. Company is bending over backwards to keep us working amid the chaos.

The layoffs are going to be quadruple what was originally planned.

Some business units, like ALPS and Healthcare will probably shut down.

At least that’s what a little bird told me.

I for one am loving this economic crash. Can’t wait to hear about my ex boss who laid me off getting laid off. He’s got a big house he can barely afford so it will be so wonderful to know he is going to lose it....because we all know what’s next....housing crash.... and he was spread thin.

What goes around really comes around. Life is beautiful. And I’m retired now, so I don’t have to worry about a job anymore.
