Sometimes it feels like this place wants new hires to fail - there is barely any training whatsoever. If you don't have plenty of previous experience, you are basically screwed.
This is especially bad since turnover rates have been getting worse and worse. Which is no wonder, considering that field agents are treated like c-ap by terrible management. Not to mention the unrealistic expectations.
I honestly don't know how this place will continue to function if something doesn't change, and soon!
