Not zoo or part of this but we heard many time about the rowdy sheeters management in Atlanta (managers and above) was involved in playing xbox games, lots alcohol, free food at company expense, hiring of GFs, work when you want, no office work but only be available from home, and large spend for développement of creative juices. It does look like Austin has copied the pattern.

This is old news by at least 2 months!!!! The one in Melville is going to be demoted in a matter of months to scoot along and the chief in Rolle takes his place -he is already doing most of the work. Really old news in Austin why is that coming up now??? Red herring from Bangalore again??

In the Rolle office we keep hearing noise that management of architecture is going officially move from Melville to Rolle as Melville is not competent.

How did that transition of TCC from Europe to you guys go? still not fixxed and still having outages despite the spin Moobs puts on it.

Managers of alarmnet have been using us in the most critical areas, so hope for changes on the ground can only be achieved if the Bangalore team is moved to Melville.
Grips is only moving forward because of our skills as the team that was in Melville could not advance fast enough.
They should hang their hat and move to better grazing pastures
No offense but the BLR team was responsible in a large part of the spin and after spin issues. We just don’t have any good individuals at that location.
As for fellows from any location, that program does not exists. And those that came from Honeywell should get back to basics.
Anyone knows if people like Mike the stain (who is part of the group that got promoted under the former CTO and moobs ) will be kicked back down or kicked out?
There is no recovery possible as long as those backstabbing type remain with their boat anchor attitude
Fellows should come from Bangalore, they have shown in the software that they master architecture and design and the capabilities are there and can replace other locations
Current fellows are not respectful and just waiting for packages

I can confirm MANY more Ebands took the package than they anticipated. Like so many they are concerned. Rumor is Moobs MAY be one that took it. Lets hope and also hope he takes his people with him. Hopefully HDG (Herman D German), Fleshlight, Michael Jordan, the stain and lurch all get while the gettin' is good.

I have also heard many E bands raised their hands. Why wouldnt they. Its called a golden parachute. You get 8 months salary, Cash bonus payout, keep your stock and get to get out of this train wreck and go on to the next company you can ruin. Obsession with blaming employees especially those that can challenge the current direction or point flaws in the engineering
Obsession with ranks, where you see people calling themselves chief innovator when the current one isn’t even gone -yet
Obsession with behaving like a small company, moving people left and right to dismantle engineering for a personal gains
Obsession with having a small circle of people (those have been around for at least 2 years ) that s—up for their own interest and attack people with different opinions while asking them how their family is doing... and yes that’s Austin the flagship.... problem elsewhere - yes. but we can’t change the culture without changing Austin first.
The fact that there are over 16 lawsuits is a simple fact that shows how demoralized the locations outside Austin have been gutted, belittled , severely disabled to centralize power in the hands of the few that think they can understand a whole business in 7 days .... arrogance and inability to see they have created a very hostile environment.
A layer in Austin is corrupting and preventing any change to take hold and firing 20% blindly is just going to accelerate the destruction of rezi.

Every single one of these posts invariably end up as hate towards moobs and the gang in Austin. Seems like that’s almost the only source of trouble. While Austin might be the place where decision making happens, i think the importance of Austin is being overplayed when seen in the larger context.
While concerns are legit. Now more than ever I see this group here as the small vocal complaining minority.
Those guys usually build on fake achievements ... we saw in some threads something called dragonfly? That’s a perfect example of an app that was done and completely missed the boat. Outdated already when it came and toute by his owner as a success . What about Titan? Not much after 2 years... yeah but the team celebrates successes as now they have learned how to program.... and the list goes on...
It is now believed that moobs has realized he has been had by a few people that sold him a fake bill of good and used social engineering on him. Too late , as his reputation as well as his master are in tatters because they could not see the clowns for what they are.
Even today those clowns are working hard to prevent anyone from doing things right ...
jxP - good. thats what should be happening. We need to email the president (anonymous or not) and report to the ethics committees whats going on. Look for the posters near the coffee machines. its an external company. I would recommend anonymous emails directly to the new guy.
