I understand every company needs to achieve profit but when is enough enough?
For the past decade Genpact has been cutting costs left and right and in most cases where it shouldn't. As a result we have a pay that is below industry standard and new employees who accept that pay that are exactly that - below standard.
Most of the benefits are gone by now and I'm sure the company is looking to cut or reduce the few we have left.
And that's only scratching the surface. The leadership is determined to minimize costs but are not noticing that they are ruining the company in the process.
