I worked at D–k's from early 1996 - late 2002 full time and part time until early 2005.
Got a new full time job when they were "improving the financials" to go public. Left completely when they cut me to just a few hours a week. Before that, I got 45 - 50 hours a week, because I produced sales.
One of the innovations was redefining full time for keeping benefits at 30 hours a week, and then they cut payroll accordingly. They had also instituted tying payroll to predicted weekly sales.
