That is how all of the supervisors are at Humana. They never have answers for anything. They just flat out do not answer my questions or they say “I don’t know.” It’s totally insane how siloed & disconnected the company is. I think most of us are here for the benefits until we get laid off or something more suitable comes along. There’s a misconception that Humana pays so well, but it’s simply not true. Their competitors pay 8-10 thousand more per year for the same positions.
real reviews as follows: customer service: I had to contact Humana's customer service because someone switch the name on my records from the name that was on my insurance card. And I found that dealing with the people that work in their customer service is like dealing with children play time at the romper room. It took two phone calls. I had to ask for the supervisor. I also had to ask for their names and for a phone call ID number in order to get any service. The people that work there are very ignorant, very backward thinking and if they make anything more than minimum-wage they're overpaid. Definitely not the achievers of our country. These are the people that won everything, easy lazy ignorant. What else can I tell you? It seems to be the normal in this country lately. // sales agent review: Humana Medicare agent came to my home to drop off some booklets, which Humana refused to mail to me and insisted one of the high-pressure sales agents come into my house to hard-sell their worthless policies. The agent became insulting and told me I'm not her client and to find another agent. I didn't ask for her to come to my house, they insisted, to send her to drop off a booklet which they REFUSED to send me in the mail. Their agents are low paid trash and sleazeballs, she told me I'm nothing but trouble and drove off. // just 2 examples. there are many many more of similarly negative tone than can be posted here......
