Everyone who worked for nestle through 2006 to 2019 will receive a letter to join in on it. Believe it or not someone was brave enough to go forward with a lawsuit regarding our brakes and lunches. Being forced to work through lunches was a big deal at our depot. I have already talked to the firm in charge and it seems pretty simple. It’s called Morris and sanders firm good luck everyone

name of the law firm?
Here's a start: corporate.findlaw.com
Nabisco had something there going...
AGAIN where is the info? Truth: alot of companies are actually doing this now...i just talked to guy from Pepsi co he just got one....
WE NEED INFO....if it's a scam someone needs to contact an Attorney.....i will call one tomorrow
Was contacted by a former employee about being interested in joining a lawsuit vs nestle. All I can say is he seems pretty honest about the whole process and even gave me the lawyers information. I haven’t called or reached out to them. Not sure if I want to be part of something like that. Was never treated bad or few cheated of anything. It’s for negligence and lunches.
This is obviously a false rumor.
- Where is this firm located?
- Is there a link?
What about the dirtbags only giving us 75 for holidays ? I'm gonna join I was actually just looking into it after I talked to a guy from another company he said the same he's getting something....KEEP THE NESTLE BOYCOTT UP
the law firm will send u a letter asking to be in on it or out. the less people in the more money for every one that is in. usually suits like these get settled before court actions so people should get some money back. but it might only be a few bucks
How do I get info on this?
Routes were set so tight with time windows, you had to work thru lunches and breaks. Even DSL’s would go on route rides and knew you worked thru them
Interesting we had an employee complain about not being able to take their lunch and brakes because they where on a truck and had time stops. We didn’t believe him but he was let go for an unknown reason but there are 2 sides to every story.
they did the same class action lawsuit when keebler went warehouse. my neighbor was a rep. for the lawsuit for his area he got @ 17,000 in back o.t and damages. noy sure how tight our nestle records will be we shredded all our files and paperwork at our office.
the bigger issue is the vacation pay changed from personal rate to 400 base plus what the vacation rep ran in sales. i know my personal ate was far better then whatever i got with the base + system. plus the o.t pay left out of pto pay . i was told that we all voted to get paid base + commission. i know i never voted that way. they just didny want to pay e legacy people their personal rates at 230$ plus per day.
i worked through every break i ever had just to hit time windows
You need to put put out more information, it’s not a cowardly thing. It’s the right thing. You know they took advantage of people liking what they did for a living.
Sad how people just can’t let go.
Where's the information and the website to sign up? Wish they never went to that new system and they left us on the old commission system. Sad that on the old Commission. They didn't promote the product, but then they drop your commission. They promote the product and you work twice as hard for less money.
I was around from 2009-2019. I was reprimanded a couple times for not documenting my lunch correctly(or skipping). Never was I reprimanded for not finishing a day. Whatever was missed however did become my responsibility in future days.
If you felt pressured you should have spoke up at moment when you could have helped yourselves and coworkers. Making a claim now is cowardly.
