Humana At Home: My manager shared this with me. Be prepared for big changes coming to quality review audits. There will be no more partial credit. All points must be hit perfectly to "pass", with progressive discipline if you dont meet ALL the criteria. Yes they will give us a learning period to adjust.

If I went back and spent some time on auditing my own calls, I’m sure I could find some miss opportunities. It’s easier to see those things when you are the one not making the call. I provide excellent care to my members. I’m getting tired of people analyzing every single word said or not said!! Focus on the members and the rest will come. I would like to see one of them be put on the spot with some random calls and see how well they do, then let us analyze it for them. I have so much anxiety before a call now. I’m terrified of saying the wrong thing. All my calls sound off because I’m too focused on the words coming out of my mouth.
If I hear another person say, what I hear you saying is “? Let us be ourselves, let us talk one on one with the member and I guarantee you, we can get the job done!!!!
@cqm+13tpWMrP That's funny. Income generators....
re @1bvf+13tpWMrP : No wonder Humana is rolling in the dough, between offshoring US jobs and rolling US senior citizens out of their social security income through their medicare 'take advantage' plans........ sure can't find a nicer more caring bunch than these guys. Wonder who they're paying off?
I love my members and will continue to do my best for them. Like a poster said above, HAH is SO unorganized. I am over the audits. There is no perfect call like they want. They will not stress me out! Let the chips fall where they may, OVER IT!
- not to mention that the audits are always rigged in favor of the house. house wins. employee loses. sorry no raise for you. A Humana audit is like playing against a Vegas slot machine. perhaps Humana audit time would be better spent reviewing complaints not employees. Regarding Medicare 'Advantage' plan (I am assuming that the 'advantage' is going to Humana and not the policy holder being taken advantage of).... one Humana Advantage policy holder posts: " I was shocked when my social security decreased this year even though we supposedly got a raise -and found out it was due to Humana doubling my rate without my consent. I filed a complaint with Medicare and they said they have gotten lots and are thinking of pulling them from the part d plans. This is not right. I don't even take any d–gs. They are the predators and we are their prey. It's the name of the game with everything, it sadly seems."...................
3 audits a month is insane. I’m a case manager & we only get 1 audit per month, however they changed our survey yet did not change the audit tool that the auditors use to audit us with. It’s so backwards. This company is so unorganized & makes decisions without thinking the ramifications through constantly. Here’s an idea, maybe get people involved that actually do the jobs that you want to make changes to? Another thought, train your managers & staff appropriately.
Thanks for the heads up. Will be applying to other positions I just can’t go through this again. I usually get all greens and occasionally get partially met but just don’t need this stress. Getting three call audits a month is ridiculous anyway. The case managers are income generators the rest of HAH is riding on our backs and just making more work to justify their jobs . There are other companies out there
