Company is not what it used to be. Agreed, managers are just robots. Nepotism is rampant. They will not layoff friends and family they hired, they go for everyone else regardless of talent.
Limited healthcare experience at the leadership levels except what they got while at Omnicell and then thinking they can tell customers how to better run the pharmacy or med management business. Ridiculous. Then the layoffs out of nowhere and seemingly no thought behind who got laid-off and what they bring to company.
I won't be surprised if they got chapter 11 in the next three years. They are moving all customers data to the cloud for data mining for their own benefit
Awefull place. Don’t waste your time and talent.
A lot of the leadership should go. They hire friends and family with little to no experience. They make solid pay wfh most of the week. All the managers attend the special training, making them all puppets and robots that think and act all alike. They need less chiefs, and more experienced Indians without the nepotism.
