Thread regarding Perspecta layoffs

How many Reductions in Force do we need?

How many did we have in the past year? There was one in January, one about six-seven months ago, now we are looking at another one... What is the point? Especially since openings for those same positions show up a few days after the layoffs are done. Please explain to me how is that okay?

Add to that unreasonable expectations they have placed on us and it becomes obvious how little respect Perspecta has for its employees.

It might be time to leave this place...

Reductions will proceed as part of the business model. Imagine now that you're unemployed because soon you might be.

They will be taken over for the few medium size contracts left. That was the plan from the start by private equity hogs. Get out and start interviewing and never look back. On bright you can’t make less since they pay 40-60 percent below market value. Run fast from the joke!
