Thread regarding The Hudson's Bay Company layoffs

Ridgewood M---acre

Today 2/13/20 Ridgewood Lord and Taylor laid off almost 1/2 of employees. Gone are all the Older woman!! All think this store will be closed by June. Good luck to the people who are still employed because you are now going to work even harder, with no support. Word of advice get out.

Ridgewood update 2/17
I am night part time as I have another day job. Prior I worked one or two nights and Saturday. Now they put me on for 4 nights plus Saturday. No one asked if I could take more hours. I was moved to a new floor. The store is a mess. Clothes all over.
Heard they are letting 10 more full timers go on Friday.

Lord and Taylor didn’t file a warn notice with the State of NJ. Call lab our board before you sign your paperwork. They want it back fast so we don’t file complaint with the state.

Ridgewood was a m—acre. No one understands the matrix’s that was used. Some of the hardest dedicated people. It’s clear they want to close the store. Hbc sold lt so they could keep the real estate and get rid of the business they mismanaged
