In essence there has been a long pact on-going with SAP AG where the young and upcoming is on a mission to bring the center of power back to WDF. Remember it wasn't so long ago when the situation in WDF was in shambles and the overall workforce was demoralized. CK pulled the power play more to revert back to the sole CEO model, and essentially the strong voice of Jen present a vision that was not in alignment with German center of universe mindset. It is what it is, a simple unceremonious force out and k–ls the remnants of the Bill era.
SAP is a government company with all the politicians being in germany LMAO. I think Jen appt to CEO was just to make Bill being let go more consumable. Now that phase was over it is back to the "House of Cards" .
Ha! So much for Jen Morgans motto...”The best is yet to come” This only pertains to all SAP employees in Germany. CKlein fits perfectly into the White Boys club and is still young enough for Hasso to mold into the next puppet. Enjoy this sh*t show!
she was not laid off. she was fired. BIG difference.,
@ngp+14A9JmE2 - Never underestimate CKlein, that is what he wants.
Interestingly enough, of the two of them, she seems more like the CEO type, while he seems like the type who'd be a good resource to try to figure out how to get the overhead projector to work before a meeting. Whatever... its a multi-gazillion dollar/euro global corporate behemoth that is run like a like a barely successful roadside fruit stand. You guys let us all know when you figure this all out. This all reminds me of what a colleague once said to me years ago after one particularly lively all hands: "Just Hasso being Hasso..." I wonder how much confidence this fosters in all of those stockholders management seems to live in constant fear of....
lol! Yes I think so. So much for all those 'all hands' meetings where we're all "one big family", etc.
