Just curious. Why does Dean foods continue to post new positions when they don't exist? How long before those jobs are transferred to the DFA site?

Dean's will remain a separate, fully run subsidiary of DFA. At least that's what a memo from the CEO said.
I get that. But I was asking why they are being posted on the Dean site instead of DFA? I have dairy experience and am out of work because of corona. But don't want to apply on the Dean foods site if the company is now defunct.
I work in HR. We constantly post positions even if filled. We do this to cover our bases and build up a database of applicants to start screening them. That way when someone quits. We can replace them ASAP with another fully qualified and skilled person
Well then they shouldn't be updating it with new jobs. Actually the website is now the public face of a company. So it is more important than you might think. However, I do get what you're saying because they did inherit a mess.
Updates to their website is the least of their problems
