As to the above comment, they take the big contracts in the US and then dump all the US workers as soon as they can. The US companies do this to save money, HCL wants to make money, no one wants to pay US workers. Which is fine, when all the sh-t breaks. They have all those profits to hire people back? Lol
HCL 15k, 63% in US- this figure is likely transition of peeps from places like Xerox who use companies like hcl to cut costs. Peeps then laid off and replaced by cheaper Indian, Guatemala, and other offshore locations
