Heard a Manager talking about a 6 month furlough coming. Anyone hear that?

Are the furloughs worldwide or focused on the Carlsbad campus? It looks like Carlsbad is not advertising many openings like Tempe is.
6 months? I heard 90 days and to be announced as early as today.
