Well after a 2 week shutdown. We come back to restructuring as they call it. Going to skeleton crew but no word yet when the furloughs or layoffs will start. Just soon.Unslipped product cluttering shop floor. Don't see this plant surviving much longer. Wore out machinery constant breakdowns. Some nights we have no sand to make molds. They just just keep putting bandages on stuff. It took them dropping 8k pounds of molten iron 3 times to fix rail system.people out sick with covid 19 but we are told its just flu. Like we all don't communicate. Company of liars

I resigned some years ago, and I feel much more secure where I am now. They won’t change... it’s the way it works. The only thing to do to if you don’t agree with that is to go, to show you don’t, and to think of yourselves and find yourselves something more healthy/ethics. When they’ll loose too much of their employees they may start to think differently
