Please furlough me

I am working more then ever! Cleaning cars, shuttling cars, renting cars.. coming in on my days off answering phone calls after hours.. I literally would only make $180 less a week on unemployment. I’d rather take that then having to work the hardest I have ever worked in my life and added bonus of not exposing myself..

All front line workers who actually talk to customers face to face {not supply chain} need a bonus or get 4 months of vacation when this is over. I hate that I’m not receiving any support.

7 years with Avis/budget if I resign do I get my 3 weeks of unused vacation?

Oh yes you are definitely working harder but doing your coworkers job in half the time. No way do they want to bring them back but they don't want to reward you for your effort either. Sorry you are going through this. Had to cut my losses last fall and take another job

Bring people back? Not Avis. The company cuts staff and overworks those remaining. They are not concerned about employees or customers. The only ones that stay on, as has been the case for years, are those who are related to existing staff when they are hired. A very sad case of corporate nepotism gone wild.

Not if you are salary making $45k and working 60 + hours a week while upper management does nothing.

If ur hrs been cut u can still file unemployment....u will get ur hrs plus 600

Sorry hear that. I'm actually furloughed would love come back. By chance have u heard any word when they may bring ppl back?
