The cycle has started, layoff sales, the pipeline dries up. With no revenue coming in from new sales, layoffs have to occur, marketing gets cut as excess administration costs, R&D stops, no new products. You can watch it die on the vine, since you cut out the root feeding the system.

Yep we are screwed. Still hoping there is some sort of buyer coming so my options get back to the level I can exercise them. Doubt it though as any buyer will look at the financials and run for the hills. It's disappointing as we are getting eaten alive by the cloud guys when management should have seen this coming for years.
