Thread regarding Pearson PLC layoffs

Here we go again...

Get ready for TEP part 2. They might call it something different, but it's more of the same. System "efficiencies" that aren't efficient for anyone except the technology and operations team that can cut their own costs in the short term. Meanwhile the rest of us have to work harder, just to get laid off anyways.

The right decision would be not to go forward with this right now, with an overstretched workforce in the middle of a pandemic and already anemic sales. Not going to hold me breath- getting ready for impact instead.

TEP is going great! I feel like I'm so much more efficient, productive and ready to jump on the stage as a Top Performer. I love data entry and going from screen to screen to screen. It's so easy and gives me the piece of mind that I am CERTAIN I'll receive a fair and honest goal. Sampling is seamless, leads are highly profitable and I'm completely confident in our sales operations staff. They are so smart and totally understand our business. I really hope we can all celebrate in Austin, Texas!
