Regardless of age or years of experience, the last few years have been cr_p at Enbridge. Lots of quit but stayed zombie employees and I blame management. Yes...lots of reasons how we got here. I've seen 6 years of cuts - come on - that's not the employees who got us there. Something is very broken and voluntary workforce reductions aren't going to fix the systemic culture base flaws in the management mindset. I don't see a spark in anyone's eyes anymore. Just zombies.

You don’t have to look to hard guy with 36 years of experience, just reach out to your CEO and he will gladly sh– in your face and wipe it off with your 36 years of experience....he may do it anyway

The guy that doesn’t give an inch about ENB with a reply here to the last comment. The fact that I choose to invest in me vs a company like ENB is not an easy thing and takes constant discipline and effort. If you’ve elected ENB over yourself then you are the one without a clue as far as what the future holds and what happens to you next. I will tell you that anyone that’s worked in any company for an extended period of time wouldn’t be able to get another job anywhere else or if he does would not be able to adapt. If you don’t have different experiences in life or profession you don’t learn anything new. Personally if you like being told what to do, places you’re going to go in a certain company, then don’t be surprised if one day you’ll be handed over the pink slip....I guess that’s hard time for you. My goal is to be all I can be and stay away from mediocrity and folks that want to control my ability to do so and most times that means thinking for myself and not putting up with corporate and supervisor BS. I don’t like the situation any more than you do but I’d rather make my Own choices rather than have others choose for me

To reply to" Someone who doesn’t give an inch about ENB". You must be a real piece of work. To say that about Long Term Employ's that spent all there lives working for IPL then and Enbridge now. You have no clue what you are taking about. I can bet you never last long at any Company and just move around causing unrest were ever you hang your hat. When things get tough and the work ends up being beyond your ability you move on. I bet you are professional at being Interviewed.

Too many incompetent old farts at Enbridge that think and act as such. Doing the same s—t for 35 years doesn’t make you an expert, at the very best makes you a tool. Because of that talent has already left the building years ago and what you are left with is old f——s and brown nose id–ts. Luckily for the current situation cause Enbridge was long due for another pipeline rupture

What does 24 7% mean? 7% of Enbridge workforce is 24 years old?

Wow 70% over 53. There will be a lottery for sure in Canada. I wonder what the percentage is in the US- definitely not 70%.
