Anyone laid off recently first I am sorry to hear and I hope you can recover during these difficult times. The unfortunate people who received the layoffs are often left to TRUST the actions are justified in order for the company to sustain operation and not use the pandemic as an excuse to shed older employees. Many states have laws to protect the employee's separation due to a layoff. I hope that Eaton's layoff agreements for each individual follow the protections defined by the state and they do what is right for each of these employees who face a very difficult job market. Is 60 Days separation going to bankrupt the company or it is to save an executive bonus.
