Evidently the health solutions clients are fed up and cancellations are rolling in. The main business focus has been the BPO clients that look to be canceling and finding other solutions. The BPO clients are down to just a very few. Not enough to fund the expense of a BPO support department.

I am a client and come here for information.
Wake up people. Clients don't waste there time posting here. LOL!
As a long term BPO client we can contest we lost the most valued person that migrated us to a new operating system platform. Talk about loosing valuable people.
Anyone saying the people laid off are not missed is not right in the head. I work the support lines everyday at Health Solutions. We are not able to support these clients with the current people. I agree, we lost the knowledgeable people during the last layoff. The layoff was based upon salary. The higher paid people were laid off thus the higher knowledge was lost. There is no way we can support these clients long term without knowledgeable technical people.
Ditto. The people laid off are definitely missed. They laid off 98 percent of the IT Technical Support people. How can a IT Healthcare company support Information Technology Clients with no Information Technology people ? How dumb can someone be ?
I work there as well and the person saying the people are not missed must just take very low level client calls that requires no knowledge. We no longer have our high level technical support people to escalate the trouble calls to. Many clients have claim processing and performance problems we can not solve due to there are no longer knowledgeable people to work on their issues.
I’m not an executive or a manager or a team lead. I take client support calls every day. All I can tell you is what I know to be true.
Wow, talk about head in the sand. That has to be a–&C Health Solutions Sr. Director or Executive saying the people are not missed. The person making that statement can’t be more wrong. Typical executive !! Statements like that lets people know the intelligence of the executives trying to run this sinking ship.
Yes, you must be one of our mis-informed, head in the clouds executives to think or make a statement to the effect of the people laid off are not missed. I still work there as well and we talk about every day we do not have knowledgeable people left to take care of the clients. You fools laid off the knowledgeable people.
Only an executive who’s trying to keep the ship from sinking would say such a thing. I know too many qualified former associates for that to be remotely true.
We are a client and you definitely do not have knowledgeable people left to support us.
Not sure where this comes from but as someone who actually still has a job there, I don’t believe this to be true. I’m afraid no one has missed the people let go, except on a personal basis. No one is irreplaceable.
