Stock price at 13.91 and falling. More layoffs are looming. Looking to get out can't stand the id–tic leadership that oversees this company. Just a matter of time and Williams will be no longer. All to blame on very poor management./leadership. Reward those who are doing poorly, layoff the dedicated ones.....can't wait to be out of here.

Especially at the Salt Lake City headquarters, where there are multiple manager’s IN THE SAME EXACT DEPARTMENT literally layered on top of each other. Why??? Because it’s all so fracking hysterical...
HR is the most corrupt organization within Williams. Complaints are made and swept under the rug. Managers know they can get away with anything. Some managers work maybe 20 hours a week and depend on everyone else to cover them. It's a shame!!!!!!
With moves like they did at the Markham location such as spending $900,000.00 to remodel a leased building in Bay City Texas. Putting a manager in charge of a Cryogenics plant that was in the IT department. Overstaffing of supervisors that once was handled by an assistant supervisor that had over 60 platforms offshore and had the plant to handle at the same time. Now has a supervisor for offshore alone with only seven platforms which three of those that are manned. It's no wonder Williams is going to go broke. Poor decisions being made by management.
Agree with the bottom statement. I have heard the same from individuals who work in the construction department.
Actually, there are a lot of good people there at the staff level... unfortunately, there are numerous IT leaders that aren't a complete joke (definitely includes Brian Letzkus) thus you see outsourcing coming. HR is corrupt and violates confidentiality on a regular basis. Don't talk with HR nor believe ANYTHING they say.
Truly a nest of a scrotes, top to bottom. The likes of which I hope no one has to ever encounter. What a mess.
