OAS bankruptcy is coming. Sad to see. But the debt burden is too much to bear

Poor leadership
This is so well said:
But most people will keep there jobs, especially the friends of executives.
So much nepotism and buddy-buddy politics
Everything is going to be OK. Bankruptcy will be filed. The debt will be erased. Equity holders will lose everything. But most people will keep there jobs, especially the friends of executives. The company will emerge from bankruptcy, taken on massive amounts of new debt until the next bust and the cycle will repeat itself again
Yes, this is an intelligence test. Management except for the executives must go. Keep key technical staff. Its about time for the "friends" of people in the executive suite be finally let go. While I am not in favor of anyone losing a job, OAS does not have the luxury of excess cash to keep the friends on the payroll
OAS won't be able to ride this out with the excessive layers of management. All that it needed is the C suite and the top technical contributors
