If AMZN is not planning massive layoffs soon, then why are they hiring someone whose job focus is making it easier to do massive layoffs? Sorry, I meant "terminations."

Mass firing has always been part of Amazon culture. Bezos has been doing this since 1994, remove people who can no longer fit and hire someone else
