Thread regarding TiVo Inc. layoffs

Premium Pay

The whole company should get Premium Pay, not just techs and store employees. Try taking calls back to back in the call center and tell us we are not front line employees. We have to go into a call center filled with ppl not knowing if they have the virus or not. No help from management, lead lines closed daily. Pretend training on business class.
Support. Everyday customers call in angry because a tech left their home with no service pools closed , no go backs and we have to fix the problem over the phone. Techs not done customers and we deal with everything . Don’t down play customer service or technical support. We are all front line employees. If we are required to go to work we should all get premium pay. Que daily has 1000 calls on hold, hold Time is 4 hours or more. We should all be treated the same . We need to walk out!!
