This is a lie...the company was able to give all Part time employees a grant of $250 each...and was able to pay least 2 weeks of pay to all Supervisors and Full time employees. Everyone was placed on furlough...meaning they are still employed with Burlington and are able to file for unemployment protection seek a job while on furlough. Once we open back up...all the employees will be welcomed back and continue same pay and positions...

Employees...until they give you so few hours that you quit. Or they eliminate your position by giving it to part timers new hires.
Companies often cut longtime employees because they have accumulated a higher pay rate.
At Burlington store managers work books to keep money in the pot by not giving performance raises. SM only give raises to favorites who will lie for them but not even best performers.
Tip - Fire bad store managers
(highest pay rate in store) not the ASMs who work. 2 great ASM do more than horrible SM.
Check your cameras & payroll & budgeting.

They have always played favorites or didn't you notice? They also want cheap part-timers w/o real benefits to working. Work people like dogs and have absolutely zero gratitude.
That’s bull Burlington not bringing full timers back they brought back a– kissers before people with seniority and it’s not right and hired More part timers ? Really part timers getting 39 hrs and supervisor doing 50 hrs? They chose ppl from favoritism and not by work that is performed not good company
How long did our supervisors get paid? I got a one time payment and furloughed and was told all employees were furloughed. Is this not true?
We continue to be Burlington employees. Only until this pandemic ends or calms down a bit we don't have permission to open our stores. But we are still Burlington employees.
