We are already providing substandard service to our customers and it seems like we keep losing more and more customers. Eliminating 20 percent of our staff and expecting the same level of customer service/support will only accelerate customer loss and actually lead to financial ruin. I was one of those laid off. They worded it like we could "come back when this is all over if business picks up again". Yeah right.....I will not hang around waiting for this place, I will find something else.
Perfectly stated, @3jgs+14hOjHl2. Everybody should be looking for an alternative to this place. I don't see a bright future for the company or anybody still employed there.
