Please God tell me we still have the diversity and inclusion department

I don't think there's a whole "Department" of employees who's job it is to promote diversity/inclusion.
There is an initiative to support it though. Maybe they send a few feel-good emails, or have a few meetings, etc. For the marginalized employees who it pertains to, I'm sure it's important. But as far as I know, there aren't a whole bunch of people on payroll who's entire job is to deal with diversity and inclusion.
Threads like this just serve to highlight how important it is for companies to have those kind of initiatives though! In a time like this, where the company is literally fighting for its existence, this is the kind of [email protected] you're worried about? Wow. Grow up.
Please tell me why no one in compliance was laid off and why no one in class III product/project management was let go or game development. I know these departments can slim down.
Lol. The wasteful department where they openly discriminate against people who were born white male by preferentially treating gender confused people or people of color as diversity.
Let's hope so. Without it the business will go down in flames
