Is this going to be a thing going forward for the rest of the summer. Should I put June 12th or 18th on my calander now?

Hey unistreamers, frontier went into bankruptcy, guess what judge is overseeing it? Guess what judge has already approved executive incentives?? I really don’t understand why we tolerate that from our courts for bad business management awards. American business = poor management = screw the employees and their families = make judges and executives wealthy! Congratulations to all you billionaire judges lawyers and executives, you’ve figured out how to s— pride and accomplishment right out of the workforce in order for you to add yet another million to your bank account, all the while, destroying other peoples lives. Hope your proud of it.
They're made for self installs shipped to the customer.
We rarely use WIN circuits for the bandwidth of either circuit.
Most installs are a combo of 4G and Cable. We can't complete on price
in most markets.
Not sure why the largest SDWan provider isn’t hiring.
I got a 1% raise. Lowest in 46 years then was laid off.this company is run by id–ts.
Layoffs are always the last payroll Thursday of the month. It’s been that way for years. I’ve heard low performers even new”er” sales people.
WIN laid of a veteran right before Memorial Day, he had worked for the company for over 15yrs and was a Vietnam vet. He was the last person in the state who knew the hardware of these TDM switches. We now have nobody for 500mi that can be onsite and knows a 5e or DMS. He maintained 6 TDM switches by himself for the last decade. They would never make time for us to train with him because they have said repeatedly those switches would be going away. They say to call the TF# and work with overseas support if we need help. Man, I feel bad for the customers still on those switches. Nobody even left to train the remaining techs. Things continue to get worse around here!!
LR is the root of the problem. Zero leadership. The only talent that ever existed at WS has been laid off. Anyone speaking out on the issues needing attention and correction automatically zoom to the top of the next list of layoffs. Pathetic handling of acquisitions, lack of leadership and right sizing anything at WS has excelled the demise of any possibility of rising above and overcoming the rapid expansion of technology. Systems and processes are laughable. Karma's a biatch and what 's going to blow back in the face of the LR5 is unfathomable but rest assured it's coming.
I bet you still love it and drink up that koolaid dont you mike s?
How many Little Rock lay-offs I wonder? I only saw mostly talk of SD.
I was a manager laid off recently. HR/leadership encouraged giving out low yearly performance ratings so they could target those employees for layoffs this year and keep the hourly raises extra low - if there were to be any.
This is a criminal empire.. but not a jail! TT is a joke.
Sales Management and low performers are next in line. There are very few sales each month to support the Service and Delivery team.
All the newer reps left that have been getting a salary and no quota will be next along with chronic under performers.
If no one can work the holiday...who is going to call me out?
"They are not taking away holiday pay."
Still get pay for the holiday, just not letting anyone come in and work the holiday to get the extra holiday worked pay. Call outs only. OT only approved prior to end of day, if it's something we can't put off until the next day.
They are not taking away holiday pay.
My local manager requires prior approval for all overtime, callout excluded because it's a different budget code.
Not layoffs overtime I meant
We got a message today in the field there trying to stop all overtime, and holiday pay is going to be trimmed out and just put you on ready to serve for holiday heard this is in surrounding counties close to where I’m stationed at. Not sure about layoffs Kentucky has held steady without anyone losing jobs, but there starting to hit hard about layoffs, news travels fast around here
