Clients leaving

SS&C has run us into the ground. I have heard of a number of clients terminating due to issues. One client account I work on is First Carolinacare. They are leaving and it is sad seeing they have been a DST client for many years

FCC, Gateway and other BPO clients leaving will end up closing DST Health Solutions down. The ASP and Turnkey non-BPO clients cannot carry the Solutions brand alone. Good luck

The Health Solutions office in Birmingham was looking very empty right before we went to working from home due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. It does not appear now there are many employees left. We certainly no longer need this big office - not enough people left to use it.

All Health clients will probably leave after they announce office closings and layoffs.

One of the largest clients Gateway is leaving as well. This has been an account we have worked with for years. I wonder how many people will be cut after their exit date.

Reality is there are no real paying clients left. A company can not survive without receivables. Accounting is instructed every month to do creative spreadsheet engineering due to lack of incoming funds due to no clients left paying.

With DST laying people literally every year since 2008, if you haven't gotten out by now, I'm not sure what you're expecting, honestly.

There is only one major client we have and have been working with. There is no way Arkansas Blue Cross can fund the entire Health Solutions organization along with a handful of BPO clients. Few clients left along with nothing to sell does not look like a successful future.

The clients and revenues have been dropping like a rock since SS&C took over. DST had poor management prior to the SS&C take over but we went from being in the smoke to being in the fire of client loss and low revenue. We went from low revenue to NO revenue. There are not enough clients left now to justify the payroll.

There is no profit with FCC so financially, losing them as a client is not a problem. Sad to see a long term client leave but they were bought out so that’s a business decision.

The last layoff left clients without the people that were supporting them. They made the wrong decisions on the people to me laid off now it has cost them their business. The clients no longer trust the organization and there are no people left to support them.

All of this is to be expected. Management continues to destroy the company by making poor decisions like laying off people that were actually propping up the organization. Many people were let go with no consideration of how their duties will be performed by the next group. These are all management gaffs to say the least.
