Just learned that one guy is store manager in three stores. Gainesville Fl, Macon Ga and Savannah Ga. The stores are all at least 3 to 4 hours apart. How will this work out?

I think Johnny is just money hungry and trying to keep it all to himself and this is why this one guy Mike has been giving 3 stores. But they have put a big jersey asswhole in macon and everyone does not like him he thinks he is better then anyone else and he is k–ling the 2 managers we have left in our store.
I believe if Johnny would start surprise visiting he would need medical care. Our store is dirty inside and the restrooms are despicable. The parking lot looks like a garbage dump and it’s embarrassing. Something is up for sure. Store manager is working for two stores we are less than 50% back to associates. Customers are starting to get uglier and uglier everyday. Out of stocks are creepy. It’s becoming a terrible place to work. It’s like boxing for eight hours a day by yourself. The only thing that seems to be important are credit cards. That’s the only communication We get. Failure is about to show its face.
What the managers tell one outfitter is different than others. We are not working for an EOE company anymore. And I hope of corporate people are reading this, they should really do something and make a change.
My GM can barely run one store. Poorly run, c-appy communication, useless management staff, incompetent HR. I wish Johnny or his big wig goons would make a surprise visit. They would be in for a surprise.
Pyramid is got to be a financial k–ler for one. Over saturated the market when they should have kept us a destination stores. Someone was making very bad decisions and getting g over greedy. Now look. Our store is filthy inside and out. Looks like we are closing.
It only makes good business sense. We have two Cabela’s in our local area. One GM running two of the three. Lots of bad decisions will to continue to happen or they will turn things around. I didn’t mention the Bass Pro in the area as well. Competition with no one but each other. Out of stock at our store is so bad. Customers are asking if we are closing down. Bad atmosphere for associates but for the customers to. So severely under staffed.
I think there’s more than 1 manager doing this. Our store is very seasonal, I’m worried about layoffs after the 4th of July weekend. We already have replaced some positions with part timers.
Coming the end of June is what they said....Here we go.....WAIT FOR IT...
I would expect a major group of store closings down the road in these situations.
