Diversity,People development and caring of people etc all claims are meaningless at Deloitte. Four of my friends have been laid off. They all were best performers in their previous company and were doing extremely well. All of them felt isolated extreme favoritism and poorly managed separation. Last few years they have been hiring extensively to beat the competitor. Not worth to join no intention and no interest in your career.

All wrong. It has to do with the current state of the economy, development of AI to complete repetitive tasks and the mere fact that there is an excessive supply of experienced professionals looking for work.
A person who we sponsor for H1B is way more expensive than any other graduate. Only cheap labor is cheap tits, because there is no action

True and that is not because Deloitte is nice to black people either. it is all a show and tell on how progressive and how inclusive they are.
Trump's government did a great job stopping H1B visas. let us see how Deloitte survives without cheap and tied in visa holders. I guess the latest strategy is that they want to appease the millennials because that is where they have a chance of finding the naive and cheap labor if there are no H1bs.
They made PPMDs because the superficial partnership wants "diversity" at the top. Meaning if you are black or female you have 80% higher chance of making a PPMD compared to a white or brown male.
I know so many black partners that made partners because of their color and not their skills. Well if you are black and female you have hit the jackpot at Deloitte.
I am so sick of hearing about how much this company cares about people. I am tired of reading all the bull c-ap emails that have the sole purpose of catering to the woke millennial crowd. It is a good thing I am working from home so I can scream when I this c-ap comes into my inbox.
When I eventually get back into the office I will have hear the government consultant losers constantly drone on about how they are saving the world and making such a difference. Your not making a difference. In fact you are a bunch of overpaid / overrated id–ts. I cannot believe some of them are ppmd's.
Deloitte should try being more interested in the steak and less about the sizzle.
