More work than we know what to do with but many week laid off last we anyways! No warning or ability to for customer closure. Locally there are many amazing people and tons of work! Almost no training and once you get hood at a quote system they change it... I miss the people but not the company.

Yes, they will work you hard during the summer "busy" season, causing stress and anxiety to the common employee who is conscientious and wants to do a good job despite the circumstances and understaffing and then cut them in the fall when it slows up a bit. Standard operating procedure for George.

It's a bloodbath and very typical of George Oliver favoring stock price over employee well being.

The Milwaukee site cut 160 people today. My team lost a manager and another employee. Our group can barely function due to cuts. We picked up a lot of work from other teams that were cut in winter and in March during the start of Covid. We are already well understaffed. I think they are slowly phasing out a lot of areas it seems. I have been with the company less than a year and have never seen this many layoffs in such a short time without them shutting down the site entirely. They are setting us up for failure and poor client service due to understaffing.
This company is very disorganized internally to begin with and now this makes it worse. Big mistake taking a job here...its been constant change and turmoil.
