Our team is less focus on client work now and more focused on getting in touch with cognizant managers to find out about future growth and some even started applyin.

Seriously, daily knive is hanging on me.Even in last appraisal cycle 1 million business. On sake for team accept bucket 4 ( as I have not completed in 1 year in us). Now i am feeling victim for this rule. I am not sure what I will do.

Sadly, that's the case everyday with Cognizant even before.... some distraction .. some data reporting .. End of the day .. all those reports and initiates just sit in Cognizant mailboxes

Everytime management sends support messages - let’s just directly move it over to Junk mail.

The main question is now the manager know if they put in lower band, your out. Will they purposely put you there like previous years or too chickened to standup against their ruthless managers.

Ugh - frustration especially with 3 kids on a sh** salary and can’t move due to visas .

+ no overtime .
