Any others reading this that knows of their stores ASM’s being cut, at least list state. Would be interesting if happening countrywide.

They can possibly keep the Market Directors, that might be needed to crack the arrogant Store Manager heads, but the rest of the Market “Store Support” Teams can go. They are overpaid, and bring nothing of value or “support” to the store level. Actually they are arrogant and have an inflated self-image. Eliminate them...ALL!

For his bank account and the bank accounts of his cronies and diversity hires in the corporate home office. Bottom line sales have never been better. But most definitely NOT from his/their leadership.

For the front line employees who have been worked to exhaustion not so much. To make themselves not look bad because other employers were already announcing they were raising their employees pay. Corporate graciously decided Front line wages were temporarily raised along with small bonuses all to ensure droves of employees did not begin to miss work potentially hurting those bottom line sales. Now that the hundred days if over they see no need to continue.

Corporate falls over themselves to show support for rioters in the streets, yet completely ignoring any demonstrations of support for law enforcement all the while at the same time continuing to push hidden bias training for the front line employees. Why is corporate so interested in supposed issues of biases rather than focusing on the long-term health and safety of store level employees.

With covid numbers on the rise again and store manager's NOT enforcing various state governor's orders to wear Face masks. Store level employee morale is probably the lowest it's ever been. Things are not getting better.

It does not take a financial PhD to see the numbers... Take an ASM making 80000 a year vs a department supervisor making 40000 a year doing the same thing as an ASM.... They can count the cash office... They can open and close.... And many of them carry keys...ASM history is coming soon

If true why would anyone be even remotely surprised. Corporate keeps squeezing every drop out of store payroll but spends money without any shame at the corporate level.
