The big push is for WiFi services, but there’s not enough ABFS techs in OOR to perform the installations. That’s why they’re utilizing LNS techs to do ABFS work. The contract doesn’t allow ABFS techs to do LNS work...hmmmm? Sounds like AT&T has a dilemma on its hands...what will management think of next! Stay tuned!

I would assume they moved the nts in region on leg t side so they can downsize, what do you all think

If it does happen it seems like an odd move. They must have some devious plot behind this. In other words it can’t be good.

Company’s goal is for all techs to be interchangeable and cap out @ $60k. If they could all be from India, that would be perfect.

NTS tech OOR here. ABFS, OSP, and some NTS have moved into Business Field Services under Chad Townes. The remainder of us stay in Network Field Operations under Flores. 2nd level now has all of N.Y. N.J and New England

I am a leg-t central office tech, and I haven't heard anything but rumors. I heard we were going to Business and then I heard it wasn't us, but the LNS leg-T techs. So who knows.
