Levi is LYING in its latest 3rd Quarter earnings report. Last Friday it fired nearly 25% of its retail and manufacturing personnel but it hasn't publicized it. In fact the company is titling its firings as "inactive employees" so it does NOT have to announce any further layoffs. The company is hiding these firings by not voiding the fired employees' email accounts. Yet, the employees can only receive emails. The employees' ability to send emails is BLOCKED. Next, its giving all fired employees one year full health insurance. Yet, if any employee publicly speaks about his/her firing he/she loses that health insurance and jeopardizes all other fired employees insurance too. Why is Levi playing these games? Why doesn't Levi just announce ALL the FACTS? I just can't figure its game plan? Levi can't hide these FACTS forever? What purpose does it serve Levi to postpone the truth?
