Update on furloughed

I am still furloughed any word of if they will lay off?

It makes me sick to see the company hire people when we are all still furloughed.

SG leadership team cares about only their pockets and lining them with opportunities for more money$$ - yes, everyone, SG doesnt deliver like Dominos, Pizza Hut, the easter bunny, Santa Claus, etc Nope, SG destroys lives and people by the way they treat their employees crushing them like bugs....

IGT a “winning company”. Is that why their entire Field Service department decided to unionize last year? Is that why their stock has been on a downward trajectory for the past few years? Speaking as a recent former employee I’ve witnessed a revolving door management team, lackluster products and low salaries compared to top competitors.

Get rid of Desert in Project MGT, the roles under him and move to Reno in Project MGT as well as ENG. So much wasted money in these roles being paid out

They think by keeping us on furlough they are saving money...REALLY??? why do they not restructure. Look at departments with several directors and one VP...do they really need all those people as directors and sr. managers??? project management can be really re-looked at. It is way to big and several roles are duplicate. Again, this is a department you can get rid of the VP and some directors and embed the workers in the departments they support. It would alien with all other companies. As Scigames does not do project management it is a joke.

The leadership team doesnt care about anyone but themselves and hence no communication. We are only important to them when numbers need to be met, however, we are now the company's cost savings. Being furloughed nearly four months is horrible as one cant live on what we are bringing in. It would be nice but not expected that we get realistic updates on what is happening since we are technically still employed.

Being a furloughed employee, I’m hoping they bring us back soon as the end of the $600 unemployment benefit is expiring at the end of July. We’re not “unemployed” and I’m unsure if we can even work to supplement this loss without repercussions from SG (company still paying insurance). If we can even find work that is. Would be nice if management would at least pretend to give a rats a$$ and keep us somewhat in the loop. I’ve heard more from management when they too were furloughed. Since they came back, nothing. Instead we’re like hungry dogs in the street looking forward to the sc-aps of information from Mr Wilson (CEO).
