Chap 11 is just around the corner. I’m sure we’ll be treated with respect & fairly. I mean, with our skilled HR accountant and all. Unbelievable.

Chris remodeled the exec area. Added bathrooms, conference area, doors, you haven’t looked. Impossible not to see it. Just glad he & his buds got their bonuses before filing. Hope driving D into the ground gets them the recognition they deserve. CFO & his bestie running IT, CEO & his CPA HR SVP. Hiring your friends has not worked out well for us.
Why would he spend that on an office? Don’t you think once they file they will rid themselves of all this office space in the process and move us?

Bonuses were paid to like 30 people, and they were HSE, Ops, legal and executives.

HR & Management got their full bonus payouts already. They’re running the company and yes, this is their fault. Chris hired his ConocoPhillips buddies, spent 263K on his office remodel, added half a dozen VPs and put the accountant in charge of HR. How did board let this happen?
At least they got all of their bonus up front. Wouldn’t want him and the pets to miss out.
15-20% pay cuts are a pretty common requirement for companies in Chapter 11, it's not management or HR's fault.
