Cut payroll, fire people who know anything about hinting, fishing, or camping. Get a bunch of cheap managers who are obedient. Pay minimum wage to the low ranks and who cares if they can help customers or not. Fire them and hire new mo–ns. Stock items customers don’t want. Don’t buy items they do want. Ship in cheap c-ap from China and watch it sit on the shelf for months and then discount it to just above cost and hope it sells. Push longtime loyal customers away with c-appy customer service and employees with zero product knowledge. Only run tv ads for Chinese shirts and socks. Make sure customers can’t get any help because there aren’t enough employees around to help them. Make the store look spotless and keep it clean by making sure no customers come in to dirty it up. Stock things that customers can buy on Amazon for half the price with better quality. Push a credit card that has worse benefits than your local bank’s. Make one manager run three departments for the same pay. Wonder why your former customers hate you and never come back. Act smug while the company crumbles beneath you while you keep your corporate position you don’t deserve. Pat each other on the back for a job well done, keep collecting your paycheck while the company slowly crashes and burns. If you are an employee currently, get to work finding another job and get your money with as little work as possible. Cabelas is dead. Bass-Mart is here to stay.

How about having zero AP in place and maybe one person per a department to keep an eye on the customers? I have pretty much decided to stop caring about the theft that goes on. The thieves see we are understaffed. They also know we can not do jack to stop them.
