At what point does DCG leadership become accountable for the sluggish performance and missed targets? We have a bloated executive suite full of highly compensated former Intel, etc leaders—- with a field and operations operating at bare minimum to support? We have cut folks with valuable technical expertise who keep our solutions running and not a word from our execs? What gives. The ship is sinking.

Face it - Lenovo does not have the vision in the DCG space. They keep hiring Intel execs - these are f—ing chip guys that don't have the skills to create Data Center systems/architectures.
Kirk and his cohorts are in their last leg. Hyperscale was their retirement plan and then Mr. ODM+ and Ms. Barracuda lost it. They have lost Google, AWS, and MS is the last straw and even they will wake up to the lies one of these days. You think they want to win JEDI and defense contracts working with a Chinese company, nah!! I will give it two quarters for a purge or a sale of DCG, whichever comes first.
I hit my numbers and was still let go with roll over and a ridiculously healthy pipeline.
I am also curious when the middle management will be trimmed.
Why let go top performers?
Anyone else notice that they didn't do awards or recognition for SKO?
When will the good ole boys club be squashed.
When a company stops investing in people thats the sad part.
It will never change. These execs are paid to lie about performance of the company and products, so that customers will buy. They target the C-suite of other companies. They make the C-rap Lenovo sells smell like roses. That and firings is their only job. Overpaid? Absolutely!
Former Intel leadership says it all. That should have been the warning sign for people to start packing up and jump ship before it sinks.
