No idea how this company is surviving still. The ELT wants only bootlickers, they have mix of institutional Atosers or they import worthless senior managers from India by paying atleast 120k p.a. Remind you this company has lots of public services contract yet they don't care about the recruiting local talent.

Robot Managers, tied to 'The process' so understand nothing local. Managers managing 50+ staff each. So no effective Management. Outsourcing to India is all great, without any local knowledge and resources, it's a Customers contract nightmare. Who wants to pay for faceless IT Services directed from 5000 miles away run and managed by people that understand nothing about culture, local customs and localised speech.
Lots of true things here. Second the post above, not sure why Atos|Syntel bring unwanted so called managers from India to UK when they can hire much better off within UK who understand the office culture far more better than imported ones.... secondly they should be investing more towards local economy and jobs to local residents. Can't think we have shortage of managers in UK.
